Brian Cleary, Managing Director

Brian Cleary is a graduate of University College Dublin and has extensive experience in the recruitment sector on a local, national and international level. He worked in the UK for a number of years, primarily with Greythorn, a leading global recruitment firm.

Brian returned to Ireland in 2002 and worked with BDO Simpson Xavier and subsequently FRS Recruitment. He is now Managing Director of The Tipperary Recruitment Company, a Clonmel-based recruitment consultancy specialising in providing permanent staffing solutions to prominent organisations throughout Ireland.

Claire Conran, Director

Claire Conran is a graduate of University College Cork and has held various roles within multinational companies in the UK and Ireland. As a result of her industry knowledge, she has a firm understanding of client recruitment needs.

Paddy O'Flaherty, Recruitment Consultant

Paddy O'Flaherty is a Business Studies graduate of Waterford Institute of Technology. Having specialised in recruitment at WIT, Paddy went on to join The Tipperary Recruitment Company in 2006 where he now manages clients based in the South East of the country.
